    I think the bear is both adorable and looks a tad sinister…as if plotting, perhaps, to take over Canada.

    Yes, at first I thought it looked evil, then decided that it was in fact, scheming. You need to insert a small digital recording and cheap speaker so the bear can say MUHAHAHAHAHA!
